Privacy Policy — Notify Vero

We collect only what we need to run the service. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use your sends to train any model.

What we collect

Account: name, email, team membership, hashed password.
Workspace data: subscribers, lists, templates, campaigns you create.
Operational logs: send events, opens, clicks, bounces, complaints.
Billing: handled by our payment processor; we never store card details.
Diagnostics: minimal IP and user-agent data for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

To deliver the service you signed up for.
To bill you accurately.
To detect abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
To send service announcements (you can opt out of product marketing).

What we never do

Sell your data, your subscribers, or your engagement metrics.
Use your sends to train any AI model.
Share data with advertisers.

Sub-processors

We use a small set of vetted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing). The current list is available at privacy@notifyvero.com on request.

Retention

Active workspace data is retained while your account is open. After cancellation we retain backups for 30 days, then purge. Billing records are kept for 7 years for tax compliance.

Your rights

Export, edit, or delete your data at any time from settings. For GDPR or CCPA requests, email privacy@notifyvero.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

International transfers

Data is processed in the EU and the United States. EU customers can request a Data Processing Addendum incorporating Standard Contractual Clauses — see our DPA.
